This is an in-person session only. Address will be provided upon booking. As we move through life, we can lose connection to parts of ourselves—often as a response to stress, trauma, or overwhelming experiences. In these moments, we shift from a state of thriving into survival, and aspects of our emotional and energetic self can become disconnected. This can create a sense of fragmentation, leaving you feeling disconnected from your joy, your direction, or your sense of wholeness. In this session, we work through shamanic healing and soul retrieval to reconnect and reintegrate these lost aspects of yourself. This process supports the clearing of stagnant or unwanted energy while restoring balance within your system. As these parts return, you may experience a renewed sense of vitality, emotional clarity, and connection to your life. Many people feel more grounded, present in their body, and better able to navigate relationships and decisions with greater ease. Each session is guided by your energy and what is ready to be addressed in that moment. The work may involve clearing heavy or stagnant energy, reconnecting lost aspects of yourself, and strengthening your connection to your life force. As the process unfolds, many people experience a deeper sense of grounding, emotional clarity, and presence within themselves—allowing them to move through life with more ease, awareness, and connection to their true self.
